Welcome to DreamerTale! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. "We" is refer to PT INDIE DEV JOURNEY as the creator of DreamerTale.

2. Data Collection and Use

We collect the following personal information when you register or use our services:

• First Name
• Last Name

This information is primarily used to:

• Operate and maintain the platform.
• Provide customer support.
• Communicate with you regarding your account or services.
• Optionally, send physical copies of books created, if this feature becomes available and you opt-in.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors).

3. Image Generation (OpenAI)

Our platform utilizes OpenAI's API for generating images used in the children's books. Your use of the image generation feature is subject to OpenAI's policies.

As per OpenAI's policy effective May 1, 2024, they do not use data submitted to their API to train their models. This means the prompts and images generated via our service are not used for OpenAI's model training.

4. Payments (Midtrans)

All payments made through our platform are processed by Midtrans. Your payment information is handled directly by Midtrans, and we do not store your full credit card, bank account, financial provider account, or any other payment details.

By making a purchase, you agree to Midtrans's terms of service. Please review their terms for details on payment processing, refunds, and disputes.

All purchase are processed with INDONESIAN RUPIAH (IDR). If you use another currency, your bank may convert it to USD or to your local currency. Currency rate applied according to your bank's policy. Price is excluding taxes. Taxes in your region may apply to this purchase.

5. Authentication (Clerk & Google OAuth)

We use Clerk for user authentication, which may include options like email/password login and social logins such as Google OAuth.

Your use of these login methods is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of Clerk and Google.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

All generated PDF is entitled to the user who generate, not us. So please be responsible by not using other's photo without their concern. Any damage arise from this issue will be not our responsibility.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
